Our initial call to Mike was met with considerate empathy and professionalism in getting us set up, and we experienced the very same from Patty when we dropped off the car. To say that Patty runs a top-notch shop is an understatement. She was caring, kind, and sweet, all the while being super efficient in getting our car repaired and back to us with continued communication at important steps in the repair timeline. She and her team interfaced with our insurance company to make the process seamless. I brought my car in due to an accident. My front bumper and headlight was damaged. They fixed my car in less than 2 days. When I got my baby back, I barely noticed her if it wasn’t for the USMC air freshener on the rear view mirror. The only complaint I have which was easily fixed, was some wiring not reconnected. The lady who I spoke with apologized and took for accountability for the issue. That might not mean something to someone, but let me tell you. When she apologized and took accountability for it, that meant the world to me. Great service, great work, and greater staff. Highly recommended!
