Caliber was exceptional and providing customer service and support to me during the time of my auto body repair. They assisted me with finding a rental car when my insurance had dropped the ball. My insurance was going to give me a passenger van for a rental and the woman at the front desk. The caliber collision found that unacceptable and she made some calls and she was able to get me a reasonable rental within minutes. Caliber was also extremely helpful throughout the repair process. I receive frequent updates about my car an absolute transparency about the entire process. When I went to pick up my car, I had a few questions and concerns about the repair, they took my concern seriously and addressed it immediately. Each interaction I had with any member of the team was extremely pleasant, informational, helpful, and personable. I had excellent service from beginning to end.
