This is not my first time working with Caliber, however it always seems like an issue getting parts. Whoever does the order for parts this time anyways order the wrong parts 3 seperate times all because they did not use my vehicles vin number when placing the order. There was blame shifted and using an off site mechanic to fix things, and not making it a priorty to get him the parts in an effective and timely manner. I had looked personally for all of the parts that were needed and they all could have been picked up or delievered locally and for a decent price. So with that said you should have only had my truck for 3-4 day a 1 week at max. But instead it was there for over a month, at the end of such time there was the massive snow storm and which i have been loosing money for not having my truck at home. I will not be requesting to use Caliber again for any insurance claims or personal use again. This was very unorganzied and there is always some excuse to why it is taking so long.

From day one, the team was transparent and communicative. They set realistic expectations about the timeline and provided regular updates. I never had to chase them down for information, and they proactively called or texted with progress statuses. This was incredibly reassuring.
