Overall I had a great experience. I love the fact that my status was sent via text about my car. My car looked brand new. The only downside to this experience was the receptionist, Andrea. She did not speak to me when I approached the counter, used a low tone so I could barely hear the instructions and did not even look at me. If I had to rate, I would give 4 stars and not five. Customer service means a lot to me. She did not give me the best experience. The rest of the staff did. We laughed and they were excellent. I wish I could say the same about the receptionist. I would come back because of the service but be on guard with the receptionist.
