Initially I was very unhappy with the service I received. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and saw other customers come and go. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told that they had misplaced my paperwork and wasn't aware I was there waiting; even though I was CLEARLY sitting in a small waiting room. However, afterwards, I was completely satisfied with the overall customer service.

My Honda was done two days earlier than what the originally told me it would be ready. The staff was very nice and professional
