The repair was extended multiple times delaying the completion date further and further. They let me know the vehicle was ready yet when I got there I pointed out a number of issues that should have been fixed/addressed in the repair. I felt assure the next time they would call for pick up they would triple check it inside and out. After picking it up I noted tons of white splatter everywhere and lots of dust. In addition, the light colored headliner that was brand new is now covered in black smudges like someone with filthy hands touched all over it and I feel it's ruined - I tried and it won't come out. My rear view mirror is disgusting. I still haven't been all the way through it to find out what else may be unsatisfactory. The team was pleasant to work with but the outcome was sub par.
