The repair was good but when my wife came to pick up the car the lady at the desk just said pay here. She could of showed her the vehicle to make sure the repairs where done correctly before making payment.

John and his team did a WONDERFUL job on my vehicle, and finished it very quickly. John called and provided me with updates throughout the process, and the team even washed and vacuumed out my car. I highly recommend Caliber collision Bartlett facility!
