I asked Everth Zavala, if I reverse light bulbs were working after they reassembled my rear bumper, he said that was the first thing he checked. I trusted him at his words and left the shop. After coming home, I had my car put in reverse gear to check the light bulbs in the back, the passenger side bulb was not on. It took them good 13 days to do simple work on my rear bumper, still didn’t make it right the first time. Very disappointed. I’m planning to visit your shop on Monday August 03, 2026 to get it fixed. Please make the management aware that I want it done upon my arrival. I can’t have my car left at your shop over night. Very disappointed.

Unlike all of my previous visits to Caliber, this one was not perfect. However, it was not at all their fault. The part they needed to finish repairs on my vehicle was on backorder and I guess there was a misunderstanding that caused me to be in a rental for an additional, unplanned two days. I thought we had agreed that the original part would be securely reinstalled, the vehicle would be returned to me and I would be allowed to bring it back in when the part became available. That did not happen but fortunately they went out of their way and drove to Baltimore to acquire the needed part. The vehicle was completed within a day once they were able to do this. I cannot accurately express my gratitude for the outstanding work that Janice did to accommodate me and not only get the ball rolling, but continue to push it until it crossed the finish line. With my deepest thanks Janice; you worked diligently and made it your personal mission to get me back into my vehicle as soon as possible.

Caliber collision did a phenomenal job from start to finish. It took longer than expected put that’s not to be unexpected when you are dealing with parts for a vehicle and repairing. Janice was AMAZING!! Honestly can not thank her enough. They were even helpful when it came to put my dash camera back on at time of pickup. Will continue to use them if I ever need them I future! Thank you for getting me back on the rode in my baby!!!

Janice (I hope that's the right name for the young woman in the office) was awesome and incredibly nice and helpful. Everth (I'm probably messing that name up too) was fantastic as well. He was quick, detail oriented, and kept me up to date on my repair. And I was incredibly happy that the repairs took a week less than the original estimate. Thank you to both of them and the team that fixed my vehicle.
