The completion date changed three times. I was notified late in the day of the completion date that my vehicle was not going to be ready each time. When you are expecting you vehicle to be completed by a certain date and time you make the necessary plans and to have them change at the last minute three time in a row. I have had positive experiences with other Caliber locations previously but this location I can’t say the same.

Been to other locations and receive great service, but this location the communication was not adequate. For three weeks in a row I was told my car would be ready on Friday and then on Friday. I was told that the car would be pushed back another week that happen three times. This made it hard to plan.

Always a pleasure to work with Caliber Collision to remedy our damaged car. We’ve utilized their services three times in the past decade. Scheduling efficiently is a priority to Sharon. She simply knows her job and does it well. Our estimate was provided in a timely manner. Status updates were received during the entire process. The car repairs were finished two days before their estimated deadline. Now, Everth, he is so knowledgeable and detail oriented that I simply don’t feel the need to verify whether his repairs were done to our standards. He’s already gone above and beyond perfection. It seems as if my car is brand new again after Evereth has taken care of things. Thank you Evereth! We will absolutely choose Caliber Collision above any offered repair shop.

As always (probably used Caliber six or seven times with 4 different vehicles) that service was great. That said, the Woodbridge VA team was outstanding - and Sharon the receptionist/scheduler deserves and ultraspecial shoutout. KUDOS to her. She is friendly, professional, and a master on the phone and in person in handling customer concerns and intake. She is one of the best faces Caliber could ever want a customer interacting with - especially when she is the first person with whom someone interacts. That said, I also had very favorable and responsive interactions with Zoram. So hat’s off to the team.

I had a great experience with the team at Caliber Collision. From start to finish they were extremely kind, patient, and transparent throughout the entire repair process. They kept me updated and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. Crista and Sharen were literally amazing. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt comfortable the whole time. Their professionalism and customer service really stood out. My car came back looking great and the whole experience was much easier than I expected thanks to their help. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs done.

Truly great working with the caliber staff… my car looks great and runs great. I followed Calibers guidance and they delivered to standard and on time. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest… I rate caliber collision at 15+ and I will highly recommend calibers to family and friends.
