Overall experience was excellent. The Office Administrator, Janice Howard was most helpful as I checked in. She took time to explain the coming procedures, approximate timeline and arranged for rental car delivery. Wonderful job and great personality! My Service Advisor, Everth Zavala, did a magnificent job of keeping me informed on the status of my car as it moved through the repair. At initial inspection he explained what he was seeing and possible unseen damages the team would be looking for. He gave me both a best case and worst case timeline for repair and promised to keep me informed. I received daily texts from Everth on work status. At pick up of my repaired SUV Janice had me in and out with minimal delay; everything was ready and waiting. A wonderful experience from a great Company staffed with professional and caring people. Thanks very much.
