I really was satisfied with the updates via email. The service reps were all very quick responding when I had a direct question. Definitely an A+ in customer service. The van looked great. There was one small problem with the door, but Heather had the team to fix it on the spot. Lastly, I received my van a day earlier than expected which was also a plus. Thank you all very much for a job well done!!! Excited about the lifetime work guarantee as well. God bless.

Kyle took care of my every need. He did everything that he promised and delivered my car on time as promised. I am pleased with the repairs received.

Everyone was very courteous and professional, not to mention helpful. Great customer service. My only issue was I was notified at 5:10pm that my car was ready to be picked up but the shop closes at 5:30pm. This really wasn't much notice nor was I able to make it there in 20 minutes. I arranged to pick up the next morning and all went well.

Yes I am completely satisfied with not only the work completed on my vehicle, but also with the customer service received throughout the entire process. Special shout out to the adjuster Kyle Boes, who was extremely accommodating and professional from day one! He ensured that I knew the status of my vehicle via text messaging services. He also made it easy for my vehicle to be picked up and delivered to me due to challenging circumstances faced on my end. Kyle and his team were extremely accommodating! The staff at Caliber treat you like family the monument you sept in the door. When I brought my Nissan titan in to get fix they we very helpful on figuring out exactly what's wrong with it. They also keep you up to date with whey turn of the wrench. Can't think Heather and Robert enough for what they did for me. Thank you all!!!
