I had worse service, and I've had better, but to be fair the service was great. However the Enterprise car Rental place just up the street tried to rip me off for $180! I called USAA and told them about it too because what I saw was lots of customers coming back in for a credit! Overcharging was a routine thing to do at this one location on Reddy Rd.

I didn't like the phone service. I needed to know when my car would be ready and when I called the lady who answered the phone said that it would be ready as promised on the 19th but that same day the tech called me to say it was ready. A communication failure between front desk and techs?
