There was a ding in the paint that was painted over without filling in or sanding. I had to go back to the rental place and pick up a car after it had been turned and leave my care\ for an extra day. Not good weather and I had to transfer car seats from one car to another in the rain. Aggravation I could have done without. Otherwise work was completed in good manner.

What took this experience in my opinion over the top was the awesome communication. The constant updates of how the repair of my car was going was fabulous. Communication is key in everything! They absolutely excelled in this area. They are actually the only shop I would want to touch my car if ever needed.
