We liked getting the updates on how the repairs were going. The staff at Caliber were very friendly and pleasant. Very efficient and the results on the car were wonderful.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and when I received one of the updates and sent a message back because we were approaching the weekend I received a quick response telling me that the vehicle was actually ready they were just finalizing last checks on it and I could get it early. So happy!

They were telling me my vehicle will be ready on the 8th & it was ready on the 1st. It's good to beat your customer's expectation but not by that much coz complications might arise from that. A few days, great. A week, too much!
