We liked getting the updates on how the repairs were going. The staff at Caliber were very friendly and pleasant. Very efficient and the results on the car were wonderful.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and when I received one of the updates and sent a message back because we were approaching the weekend I received a quick response telling me that the vehicle was actually ready they were just finalizing last checks on it and I could get it early. So happy!

They were telling me my vehicle will be ready on the 8th & it was ready on the 1st. It's good to beat your customer's expectation but not by that much coz complications might arise from that. A few days, great. A week, too much!

Great experience from start to finish, I was always updated on the work that was being done and when the car would be ready. Very convenient to be able to leave the rental car and be on my way. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

We had our jeep repaired at Caliber Collision (off US-1 in Woodbridge, VA) last year, and we had a positive experience. So we had no reluctance when USAA told us to go to Caliber Collision for repairs to our Toyota (even if it was at a different location).

Every staff member that I communicated with were very friendly. Also, when the owner of the company involved in the accident that damaged my car wanted to pay (in full) for my car repair (after my insurance company had already paid for repairs to begin), Caliber Collision was very understanding and accommodating to "reverse" the payment accordingly.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I can't believe I have to take it back as is, but if they broke it, they need to fix it - I'm not paying someone else after I just paid Caliber Collision.

they never call you back when they say they will, they don't answer emails just repeat send the automated one, and when you call them they dont answer questions, they just say "we'll call you." (which they wont)
