Amber was amazing. I have never had such great customer service. She kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. When I called she responded immediately. Amber my rep assigned was lacking in soft skills. I've used other Caliber facilities and have always had a good experience until this time. Amber just wasn't friendly or inviting the few interactions I had with her in person or on the phone.
