This is the second time I have had my vehicle at this caliber collision and I will always bring it back here if I ever have anything else happen. The team is top notch from communication and expectations of what you get. They even came to me and got a dent out that they didn’t realize was from the accident because it was separate from the rest of the damage. Huge thanks to Doug, Leroy and Brittany for the help!

Absolutely! The communication as well as the quality of work AND the way Michael and the team went above and beyond to tell me about other damage they noticed and that they ASKED if they could fix it instead of just fixing it and giving me sticker shock was phenomenal. Not many businesses leave have that kind of integrity and I appreciate it above all else.

The whole team was so friendly when I dropped my car off! The woman at the desk (I didn’t catch her name I’m sorry!!) was so sweet and answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything before I signed any of the paperwork! Michael was astounding throughout the whole process as well. I got a call at least once a week with updates on the status of my vehicle, any notices of parts that needed to be ordered, and any timeline changes. Never have I been so informed and kept in the loop and I loved every second of it, even if I didn’t always answer! Not many businesses leave voicemails anymore, and as a busy woman with 2 jobs knowing that I didn’t always have to be present to receive information was very comforting.
