I would tell them to save themselves the hassle of poor communication on scheduling accuracy and to try to find a less corporate establishment.

My door was replaced, but still hearing a considerable amount of road noise. Parts were not replaced to where they are flush with each other. There are gaps in places where there shouldn’t be. There is a popping noise when I turn my wheel - this was not happening before the repair. There is another type of noise on the left side while driving to where it sounds like something is wrong with my tire or something is caught . I’m aware my right outer tire rod end is loosening and needs replaced, but the noises are on the left side and again, were not happening before the repair. I plan on replacing the right outer tie rod end and if the noise is still there, I will be calling to have this company figure out where these new noises are coming from. My car was there for 3 weeks and came away with it in worse condition than it went in .

Poor, jumbled communication. Extremely hard to understand 2 of the scheduling callers. A mess to get it scheduled and tow service to. When I returned with it right after leaving with it because of noises, they drove it and dismissed it as another issue that needed fixed outside of their establishment.

Even though the turnaround time was a little long, I am extremely satisfied with the end result. The body work and paint job look great and the interior cleaning was a nice bonus.
