The staff were courteous, however the finishing of the work did not fully meet my expectations. The same issue required multiple visits to resolve, and I had to return multiple times. Improved attention to detail and quality checks could help provide a smoother experience for customers.

The actual work and people at the Wylie location were great, but I received three different phone calls to schedule a drop off. Once when I’d scheduled it online, and twice more when my vehicle was already getting repaired ar the Wylie location.
