The actual work and people at the Wylie location were great, but I received three different phone calls to schedule a drop off. Once when I’d scheduled it online, and twice more when my vehicle was already getting repaired ar the Wylie location.

Paint and bumper came back looking great. But my Tahoe was returned with a very badly done tire patch. There was what looked to be a bunch of tar slapped on the outside of the tire front driver side tire. I got the car back on Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning the tire was completely flat. My family and I were almost stranded on the fwy with a flat. Luckily, there was a NTB nearby and we had to buy a whole new tire.

Cheap aftermarket parts were put on my 2022 4Runner TRD Pro, when I had been told that parts would be factory/ OEM. These parts completely change the aesthetic and value of my vehicle. I will be in contact with Caliber to have the running boards, tail lights, and 3/4 inch gap in my door addressed/ replaced. The rep, Christian, instructed me to send him the parts and he would take care of, however this is causing major inconveniences.
