My vehicle was initially given back to me with primer overspray on the rear deck lid. I had to reject these repairs and have them fix before accepting my vehicle.

The website giving my vehicle completion time was continuously wrong. On the days my vehicle was due to be complete I would call at 4pm to confirm that the vehicle would be ready just to be told it would take another day. This happened three times.
