I am always wanting to trust a business that I am dealing with especially with an expensive commodity. From start to finish I was treated with respect and patience. CC was always thorough and helpful to fill me in and update the process of repair. The finished repair looked like the car had never been hit. Margot stayed late to meet the finish date and to make sure I was satisfied.I say a big thank you to her and all those involved. If someone needs car body repair Caliber Collision is the only choice.

Service was great, I accidentally left a drink can in the vehicle, and it unfortunately exploded. The team was kind enough to have detailing work done to the interior. Heather and the other team members were awesome!

Not when the vehicle is presented to the paying customer with paint falling off and terrible fitment of parts

Was called that the car was ready. When I arrived I had to refuse the vehicle. The paint was already pealing from the bumper. The gaps and spacing between between the bumper and fenders was not even. Touching one one part and a foot away a large gap. Very poor workmanship. Quality control is not a priority.
