The only thing I thought might have been an oversight was there was smoked cigarette left in the driver door handle and weed nuggets left under the seat. (THIS WAS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO STOLE MY CAR.) Since I wasn’t sure if cleaning was a requirement or just a perk, I just wanted it to be noted if that’s something that you guys would like to know. But I am very happy with my car.

Great service, fast. Car looks like brand new. They respected the the fact that I was paying for a rental out-of-pocket and it only took 1.5 weeks to complete a full front end reconstruction. This is the second great experience I’ve had with caliber in two different states. So, I’d say the standard must be high across the board.
