The staff I worked with were very polite and easy to talk to. They answered all questions that I had and made sure I understood what was going on and how it all worked. They kept me in loop every step of the way. They also still were good to me even though I got there minutes before closing to pick up my vehicle. My looks great too! You can't even tell anything happened to her!! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future if necessary!

My initial start at Caliber in Moraine was not great. They failed to call me and tell me my car was being moved to another location. Once my car was with caliber in Xenia, the communication was great and things moved quickly and smoothly.

Caliber in Moraine was poor. They acted as if the damage on my car wasn’t enough and continued to say “that’s it?” As if I would want to pay that much money to have my car fixed. They again, also failed to tell me my car was being relocated. I am keeping the score high for Pat in Xenia.

Everything went very smoothly with the repairs and I was updated daily. I was disappointed when I picked the truck up and was told to come back after the weekend to have the tail light replaced. I was told that a mechanic would stay a little late to help. I was rushing to get out of work, pick up my children and get there only to find out that no one was there to fix it and that I'll have to come back.
