The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them. My vehicle was not only looking brand new on the outside but the interior as well. Couldn't be happier. The receptionist was quick to answer any question we had. She took exceptional care of us. Will definitely be referring Calibur Collision in the furture. On a scale of 1 to 10 our experience was a 12.

Required rework for basic things that i recognized but should have been recognized by the Caliber quality inspectors. Additionally, my truck has new tires but since leaving the shop my right front tire leaks air, which I'm having repaired elsewhere.
