If I could give Caliber Collision 100 stars, I would! I have never experienced the passion that Chris and Pat have for their customer’s satisfaction. I have never had a car dealership or repair shop send texts every morning with detailed updates on the progress of your car repair. Reading Pat’s text every morning were so informative and you could hear her genuineness in making sure her customers knew exactly what was going on every day! And then there’s Chris... when I arrived to pick up my car, I had forgotten to bring the partial insurance claim check that the insurance company had sent me, and they were not able to release my car to me without it, and certainly understandable. But Chris stepped right in and said he could follow me to our house and pick it up so I could have my car! And to top it all off, it was 5:20 & they were in the process of closing , And he lived 30 minutes in the opposite direction of our house but was willing to come to our home to pick it up so I could have my car. The physical body work was impeccable, also!!! Kudos fo everyone at Caliber Collision, Xenia, Ohio!

Again, if I could give them 100 stars, I would. Pat and Chris are just awesome! I had forgotten the check that the insurance company sent me as a small amount that was to be used to go to the final bill, and they couldn’t release my car to me, and it was already almost closing time. But Chris followed me to our house to pick it up so I could have my vehicle! And, he lived in the opposite direction of me. That’s incredible customer service!!
