The staff were super friendly and very helpful ! I had my two grandaughters with me . They were so willing to help move car seats or anything that needed to be transferred over to the rental car . They kept communication going to let me know when the car would be completed . Definitely would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone !

Amanda and Taylor helped me get my car right in even though I had no appointment and just dropped it off over the weekend. They worked with my insurance company and got it pushed through within a couple of weeks and repairs completed in a timely manner. I’ve been using caliber for years and never has the process been so smooth. Also my car looks like nothing ever happened. So thankful for their service and quality repairs, I will be recommending them to anyone in search of body repair.

They made everything easy. They coordinated with the insurance company, the rental car company, I received daily updates, and most importantly, my vehicle appears as it did pre-accident. Hopefully, I’ll never need them again, but if I do, I’ll be back.

Caliper was polite, fast and they cleaned my whole vehicle inside and out! The tint on the back window I may need to go back to the shop to discuss as it appears a little distorted and I still have glass dropping out my back window, but I feel they did great on repair time, cleanliness and overall kindness and assisting with rental!! Great shop and experience overall
