Scotia kept me up to date, by texting me everyday (my preference). I had a smooth transition getting my rental car and returning it. I went back the next day, as my hubby had noticed a scuff mark on the left side of the hood, and Scotia, promptly came out and buffed it out for me. I would recommend them to anybody looking for great service.

The scheduling - drop off & pick up - was incredibly easy & quick. The shop kept me updated at every step. I didn't get a copy of the paperwork for the repairs so hopefully they can email it to me. I am going to leave them a message right now.
