I enjoyed my repair experience at Caliber Collision (McKenna) from the first time I called to schedule an estimate till the day I picked up my vehicle. Bailey was always pleasant over the phone & in person. Bill did a good job going over information about the estimate & repair process & helping to answer any questions I had. Dennis was so kind to offer me a nice deal in restoring my headlights on my vehicle for free. I was also surprised to hear that my vehicle was ready for pick up sooner than expected. What an amazing team at McKenna, Caliber Collision. Thank you for having wonderful customer service & making my experience a good one. I will definitely refer my family & friends.

My car looks great. They did a good job color matching the paint. Wish I would have gotten more notice on having to pay more than twice the amount I was originally quoted to replace my mirror though or given options for a payment plan. It's close to all the holidays and that jump in price really put a strain on our budget.

My pickup turned out great. There were a couple of things that were missed, but everyone is making the neede arrangements to repair my back-up camera wires and the wheel center cap.

The body work was immaculate. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the car was returned all cleaned up. When I picked it up, it was a cold evening and the car was brought up all warmed up...nice touch. But I was incredibly impressed by Scothia, who took the car in and explained in detail the process they would go through to repair it. She made me aware of the days I would receive information regarding the progress of repairs and then promptly sent me emails as expected. When I contacted her, she was extremely courteous and informative. I can’t say enough about this employee. She made a bad experience (the car accident) a little nicer by getting me back on the road and being efficient and courteous while inspiring my confidence in Caliber Collision.
