Great job! It was very quick, less than 2 weeks. There was a couple little things that needed to be followed up on, and they were taken care of right away. Taylor and Logan were very professional, very detailed about explaining everything, and also very nice. 😊

Taylor was extremely efficient, kind, and compassionate. When I first arrived she her my newborn crying and instead of waiting for me to come inside she came right out to review the car. It took just a few minutes. She was very communicative and responsive when I had questions. She was the most personable person related to anything mechanic or cars that I have experienced. Not only was Taylor great but the timeline for fixing my car was right on track and it looks amazing! HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision McKenna location.

Definitely glad to have my car back. I feel like Taylor did a good job working hard to reassure us of the work waiting to be completed. The auto generated messages did not help with maintaining trust in the process. I would suggest improving that for future clients.
