They were great about keeping me informed of the time line of repairs. Had a rental car ready when we dropped off the car, and helped make sure that I had the rental handled when they finished the repairs late on Friday and couldn't get down there before they closed.

Car looked great. Just a few minor things. (1) the drivers door controller switch for the mirrors was not seated correctly when the door panel was installed on the new door. I was able to fix it. (2) There was some of the black sappy goo on the rear passenger seat upper part drivers side. I was able to clean it off. The same black goo was on the drivers door handle as well. (3) when the door was installed the mounting bolts on the hinge were not re painted per factory. (4) some paint overspray or some other white substance inside the engine bay between the battery box and the fender. These are just minor details. Im nitpicking here. The fit of the door and gaps between it was very well aligned. It’s almost impossible for me to tell where the new paint started and the original paint was they did a great job of blending. The headlight install looked great also. Maybe just some minor QA check up after reassembly to ensure that all the electronic components are working and nothing got on the interior. I am very satisfied with the work. I will be doing business with you again.
