- I liked the staff interaction. The person at reception desk, the one who walked over the vehicle status, the people while checking out the vechle… everyone helped me at that particular stage at the process. The lady also helped me in rental car return. Good job. Keep it up.

The repair of the sunroof itself didn't last until I got home. The parts they had to order for it kept coming damaged so they had to reorder it a bunch of times. Team was communicative the whole time.They had trouble fixing the mechanical portion of the sunroof. After 5 months it was done. it worked while I was there picking it up and stopped working again as soon as I got home. So the repair was incomplete. Luckily insurance was paying for it, but it would have been a 6k repair that wasn't completely fixed. The sunroof is a lifetime warranty so I can take it back in at no cost, which I will be doing.

The staff was super friendly and communicated estimated completion times regularly through text messages and voicemails. They did a detail cleaning on the car for free since it took longer than expected.

Amazing service. I will definitely be recommending them every time. The manager Matt, estimator Amy, and Melissa at the front desk are the best! They explained the process very thoroughly and clearly. I received regular phone calls providing updates on my car. They were very straightforward on pricing, as well as the estimated time for when the work would be completed. I even received my car sooner than they estimated. If I ever have an issue with my car again I will definitely be choosing this location again.
