I am very happy with the work that Caliber provided on the collision that occurred with my truck. As silly as it sounds, I was mainly concerned about the color of the paint matching - and was thoroughly impressed with it (after consistently being told by both Matt & Melissa that it would be fine) They were absolutely correct - Top Notch job. Subcontractor, tire shop did not replace tire pressure monitor sensor. The replacement part took seven days to arrive. The exact same part, AC Delco, is available in two days from Amazon.

The first time I went to pick up my sideswiped car, there were some spots that were missed. I was leaving for vacation so I told them I'll be back Monday, and it was no big deal and left. Knock it out. Afterwatds, I heard absolutley nothing until I contacted them Tuesday. I was told my car was done Wednesday morning. Awesome right? Nope. Not at all. When I got there I was told geico wasn't going to cover the whole repair. When asked why I wasnt contacted, I was told by the manager that it was because I was on vacation. He was pretty rude about it too. If I was told that geico was dropping the ball before making the trip out there I would have been able to at least contact Geico and get it worked out. So yeah, not impressed. No attention to detail, abysmal lines of communication and now I am driving around with a car that still has dings in it. I will tell my people to avoid caliber going forward and am working with geico to get the repairs finished elsewhere.

They made my experience here flow quick smooth and easy! From the car inspection, to the drop off, to pick up they worked with me around my busy schedule and got me taken care of.
