Our state-of-the-art shop has 12,000 square feet of space with body shop bays, paint bays, and a mechanic available to help out with any needed repairs. We use PPG paint exclusively. When you fixed our bumper you did not fix the sensors and they still do not work. Now you are telling us we need to take it somewhere else to get that done. That was not in the initial quote. We had you quote on some weather trim on a door. We were quoted a price but when we brought it in were told it was going to be higher. We should have been told when the part was ordered not when we brought it in.

Aside from taking a few days longer than expected, I am completely happy with the work you guys did on my truck. I knew you had an excellent reputation and am happy to see my faith was well placed! The truck is beautiful and Jeff did an amazing job ensuring everything that was wrong was fixed, even going so far as to find things in had not seen myself. I found a few paint flaws, but overall they did quality work. The issue i have is Capital Collision said they couldn't find the brush guard I originally had, and so they made me go with a different one that I feel is not as high of quality as the one I owned. There are features I had that are missing on this new guard, and I don't feel it's as sturdy, either.
