They had an unexpected delay in getting a part for my repair ,and graciously allowed me to borrow one of their loaners for a few days to avoid hassle of having to deal with car rental elsewhere. Also they're very friendly and professional and do very nice work!

The staff went way above expectations. We had a week of snow snow every day, and the loaner car had was buried under a minimum of 2 foot of snow. Their staff brought my car home and brought some kind of equipment to help get the snow off the other car and took that back to the shop. Hertz was in a agreement that they would then pick up the card that I borrowed the shop. Everybody was so accommodating and so friendly I just can’t express how happy I am. I’m singing their praises to everyone I can!

Your staff was all wonderful they’re very Professional and kind. You went over and above.. getting my car back to me and taking the snow off of the rental car to help me get that car back. Well, anytime we have an accident with our car. It can be a bit of a trauma. However, the staff at Car Center we’re so accommodating in way beyond the requirements to make sure that I got great service. The topper was the fact that I had a rental car while my car was being fixed And I left it out in the snowbank lol I left it out in the snow and they actually had one of their staff bring my car to me and bring some brooms or whatever to take the snow off of that rental car and they took it back to their place They didn’t have to do that. I have since sang their praises. And spread the word about them to everyone I know because they deserve the extra business. It’s not often you find a company like their staff was. I really like those guys.
