I'd score it as 10, but because both headlights, in the end, needed to be changed despite them working perfectly when I brought the vehicle in, I feel just a bit wary of giving a 10.

Despite numerous setbacks (outside of their control), they were in constant communication, worked diligently to finish my car, and even beautifully detailed it. They did a great job. A huge thank you to Chris as well! He worked very hard at communicating and was so kind to work with.

I’m happy with the repair itself- everything looks how it should. The customer service was very sub-par. Very friendly people, but constant failure to deliver on timelines and communication. I spoke with a Service Manager (not sure their actual title) during consultation and was told it would take 5 business days to complete repairs (Monday-Friday). I specifically asked that if parts weren’t in or available we wait to schedule so I could use my vehicle in the meantime- it costs a lot to rent a work vehicle. Dropped off vehicle Monday and was told I would be updated throughout the process if anything changed. I called on Wednesday and was told they were waiting on parts and it would be another week, “late next week”. I asked to be updated if anything changed. I called again on Friday and was told it should be done the following Wednesday or Thursday. I asked if they could provide a wrecker/loaner or work with me on a rental. I was told probably not- I asked to have a manager call me and they never did. I called again on Monday for an update and was told it would be finished on Friday. I had already rented a vehicle through Thursday so I had to find a ride to work that could accommodate all my tools and materials after spending $600+ on rentals for 2 weeks. I was contacted when the repairs were finished on Friday. I asked if there was anyway they could drop the vehicle off at my location (15 minute drive) thinking this would be a nice gesture considering the hassle of bad communication, planning, and unwillingness to work with me on any kind of rental help. As a Contractor, I’m very understanding of contingent factors (materials/supplies, scheduling, etc) but all of this could have been avoided by proper inspection on the first day OR some kind of discounted rental even. I even would have put all that past me if they would have at least dropped off the vehicle as an olive branch. Again, the repair was great and hats off to the techs, but the customer service really needs to step up. Wasn’t happy with the experience and won’t be using their services again.

I was treated well during my first visit. A tool was even used on the left front fender of my car to allow the driver side door to open more.
