I am very pleased with the professional work car center did and repairing my car. From the moment I first called, I understood why they come so highly recommend . They handled every aspect of the process from arranging the tow to their shop, to working with my insurance company, which turned out to be difficult and stressful, Through it all Car Center was helpful, supportive, and professional. They kept me updated on progress of repairs and expected timeline, which I greatly appreciate it. My car is only one year old and when the work was finished, it looked just like the day I bought it. I only wish I could share before – after pictures to show the outstanding quality of their work, not only did they take care of the outside, but when I got my car back, I noticed that they also cleaned the inside so thank you car center. A special shout out to Melissa, who is understanding, compassionate, and talked me through a very stressful time. Yes I highly recommend Car center. That means a lot coming from a 72 year-old who has dealt with more than a few repair shops over the years

On the recommendation of my trusted mechanic at Northland Auto, I contacted Car Center on White Creek in Cedar Springs—and I’m glad I did. From the start, they were professional and easy to work with. Since my vehicle wasn’t drivable, they quickly arranged towing and took care of everything from there. While I did run into issues with my insurance company, Car Center was patient, helpful, and guided me through the process. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated on progress and timing. When I got my truck back, I was amazed—it looked just like it did when I bought it. The attention to detail was outstanding. On top of that, they had it fully detailed inside and out at no extra charge. I highly recommend Car Center of Cedar Springs. A special thank you to Melissa, Leah, and the entire team for their professionalism and care.

I have so many great things to say about Car Center! My car was estimated to be completed in 7 business days and they finished in 4! Not a sloppy finish either, an above and beyond type of finish and experience! I was expecting a regular repair and return service like a normal mechanic shop would provide (I’m sure you can pay for extras) but here it felt like the norm to go beyond. The body work and paint itself was outstanding! Couldn’t even tell 4 days prior my drivers side was crushed. I was happy to see my car shining in the parking lot when I pulled in, only to my surprise, the inside was just as pretty and cared for! I had heavy items in the back as well that they moved to vacuum and really deep clean and care for my vehicle. Mind you that’s just the vehicle! Their communication from the beginning was absolutely amazing and the staff were all sooo kind and supportive and friendly. You can genuinely tell they care. I could confidently write for hours about how great Car Center in Cedar Springs is. I WILL recommend their services to ANYONE and EVERYONE who will listen! Again, I’m blown away and could not be more grateful! Thanks again for all of your hard work and dedication!
