There was a minor hiccup when CCK claimed I had signed up for text message updates. I had not. Otherwise, Jennie (especially), Peter and Wes were extremely helpful in --what for me was a new and difficult experience.

When I turned on the heater, it sounded as if ground up glass was inside the fan. I found that none of the glass from my moonroof shattering had been cleaned up within the car. It does not feel as if any attention was given to the details and I am extremely frustrated for what I paid. This does not match the level of service that I have previously received at this location. I will not likely be bringing my vehicles here ever again.
