My car looks great and was ready sooner than estimates. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly and we were kept up to on the progress without having to call them. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but would not hesitate to use them if I did

The car looked as good as if it just came off the showroom floor. I was impressed with the attention to detail. I took it out on the highway & all the systems that weren't working because of damage to the radar sensor 'were' working again.

The only issue I had with the whole experience was the estimating process. I (totally) understand from the first estimate to the third, that the estimates can change once more damage is revealed. Thus supplements take place. When I was called with the second estimate in the morning it sure sounded like everything had been determined & with my ok the repair would move forward. I got a call later that day saying the car was done. My insurance company then tell me they're mailing me a two party check for the amount agreed upon. So I go pick up the car the next day, & the final total is $1066 more than what I was estimated. Again I understand things can change but after the second estimate to hear it was $1000 more that was disappointing. So I pay my deductible & I'm notified the next week the Auto Owners issued another check for the $1066. I know that's what we have insurance for. This is the first claim I've had to do & the additional $1000 certainly doesn't help my claim history.

Happy with all the service. BUT…we are missing a few items that were in the car when we dropped it off. My wife (Allison) spoke with someone who said we’d hear back from a manager, but never heard back.

Your service members were great in the car center; courteous, extremely helpful, Completed the work ahead of schedule. The car looked like brand new on Pickup. They made arrangements for a 63,000 mile oil change after completion of the repair work, Great job in both locations.
