There were no updates provided during the repair process. Unfortunately, one of the vehicle's original issues—the driver's side window not raising and lowering properly—was only partially resolved. When we picked up the vehicle, the service advisor informed us that it would have cost approximately $400 more to complete the repair. However, we were never contacted during the repair and given the opportunity to approve or decline that additional work. Instead, the decision not to proceed was made without consulting us. We are unsure why. Our low rating reflects our disappointment with the level of communication and service we received on this occasion. For context, this was the second vehicle we had repaired at the Car Center in June.
