Diamond at the front desk and Mathew were so professional and easy to work with that it made this, what would be stressful scenario into a quick and headache-free process. Very thankful to them and the whole team at Car Crafters. My vehicle looks much much better then it did when I brought it in, couldn't ask for a smoother and efficient repair!

I am still waiting to be contacted regarding something that is wrong with the car that was never wrong in the first place when I brought the car...also car crafters is a place to get ur car fixed just a little funny how I went to start the vehicle to leave from the front of the door and the car wouldn't start ...I under stand I needed a battery but as the staff of the facility wouldnt it of been like ideal to make sure the car had charge or something so I could at least make it to purchase a new battery

The rear of the car looks brand new, the paint matches perfectly, and I got it back a day earlier than predicted.
