After filling up the cul-de-sac with cars, Jim’s parents told him to focus on college or find a shop and move out of their garage. Missed a couple of spots, had to ask to get them fixed. They should have inspected before calling the customer to pick up. The guy noticed it right away after I walked him over to the car. So it is not like it is hidden.

Replacement parts weren't installed evenly. Pre-runner light bar is crooked, and was not repaired/replaced.

Before my accident, I would recommend car crafters to everyone I knew. I work in the automotive industry, delivering collision parts two places around Albuquerque, including car crafters. I thought for sure I was making the right choice. Even the aftermarket headlamps I paid car crafters out of my own pocket to install, were chipped on the corner. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but I'm just very dissatisfied.

Nobody informed me that my vehicle was finished. Also, the tech working on my truck told the insurance agent that my CV boot was damaged prior to the accident. However, I know otherwise
