Jim Guthrie, owner and first technician of Car Crafters, started a body shop in his parent’s garage as a teenager. After filling up the cul-de-sac with cars, Jim’s parents told him to focus on college or find a shop and move out of their garage. I have a black 2023 Chevy Tahoe that had damage on two of the front panels due to someone clipping my car on a lane change. I was devastated d VERY worried because black paint shows EVERYTHING. The repair is awesome. “Like it never happened”. I am amazed at how well it turned out.

The pick up date got pushed back nearly 3 weeks. The decals still aren’t in. I would prefer more transparent communication about when it would be done, especially if it is known that things are on back order.
