Jim Guthrie, owner and first technician of Car Crafters, started a body shop in his parent’s garage as a teenager. After filling up the cul-de-sac with cars, Jim’s parents told him to focus on college or find a shop and move out of their garage. The staff was great. The receptionist is excellent. I got numerous updates about the progress of work. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the car looks perfect!

They did not clean the car after the work. The inside of my car was full of a white redidue on the seats, door, everywhere. There was tape redidue on the outside of car that I had to ask for remo al. My antemna was left off. Not happy

Very poor customer interaction with their Rep, like he was being bothered taking care of my vehicle. Even worse communication on delays to fix a small dent in fender; 18 days after drop-off. Uncalled for, and I'm out in a rental the whole time that didn't meet my needs.
