We are one of the collision centers owned and operated by University Ford and University Kia, we have several relationships with many insurance carriers including DRP's, we are I-Car Gold & Platinum certified. We were located in downtown Durham on the property of University Ford & Kia, we are now in our brand new state of the art building located just a short 2.5 miles from the downtown area located at 1413 S. The service was outstanding from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up. The receptionist was nice and pleasant, very helpful. The guy who worked on my car was very informative, detailed in providing the information I needed for my car and what to expect.

My car looks perfect! Zack is very nice and easy to talk to, my car was ready the exact date he said it would be. I was kept informed by text message every few days. The ladies in the front have great customer service!
