We are one of the collision centers owned and operated by University Ford and University Kia, we have several relationships with many insurance carriers including DRP's, we are I-Car Gold & Platinum certified. We were located in downtown Durham on the property of University Ford & Kia, we are now in our brand new state of the art building located just a short 2.5 miles from the downtown area located at 1413 S. From my first contact, coming for an estimate, I was greeted and received an estimate the same day, with a clear explanation of what needed to be done and what the cost would entail. The staff worked with me to schedule a time for the repair and worked diligently to get my car back to me as soon as possible. The repair was done sooner than expected and looks fantastic. Everyone at carolina Collision was kind , courteous, and very responsive to any questions or calls.
