the car was repaired and drivable, but the installation of the bumper looks lazy and the pieces don't even fit in properly.

I found Noel to be less than personable. She spoke down to me, as I didn't always use the proper car repair terminology. Clearly she does not know her vehicles either as she had issues getting the tire ordered and repaired. A small accident took 3 weeks, likely due to her lack of planning. A week to get the tire installed at an outside vendor, unacceptable.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have used other collision companies in the past, and will no longer look any where other than Carolina Collision. Jeff was phenomenal to work with. I loved that they returned my rental for me, which allowed me to pick up my car without the assistance of a family member or friend. Very convenient experience.
