I didn’t appreciate being told that I was responsible for a decal kit that was flawed. Otherwise your staff was great. Courtney especially went above and beyond in her efforts to get my bank to accept my current pin for my debit card.

Although the body work completed was superb, my car now has electrical issues that were not an issue prior to this accident. Carstar told me at pick up that there was issues with the battery but my engine light was on. I never had engine or battery issues on this car. I feel like if they were having issues with electrical this should of been brought to my attention when they noticed. It was barely mentioned at pick up and I had to call them when my car died on the same day. For repairs, i feel like my car should be in good shape all around not just body damage

Carstar was very helpful, professional and informative and with that was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They give courtesy calls once a week with updates on the progress of my vehicle, which was a three-week job. My car was cleaned, and I was ready to just ride. The work, the help, the customer service was a 100%, I can't say that enough. Thanks, Carstar you definitely made my experience a very good one. I'm more than appreciative.
