The quality of the repair was rated a 6 because the paint job and repair itself was great , but the cleanliness of the car returned was highly disappointing. Along with scratches on the seat, dust in the car, the door panel not being properly fastened, the scratch’s next to the overhead Light, and the water marks on the headliner.

The receptionist at the shop was very nice, Angela did a wonderful job of keeping me updated. When I brought my car back yesterday, Noah worked very hard to try and remove the water stains on my headliner. Scott was also very helpful in making things right for the damages done to my car during the repair.
