All in all, very good. Got home and the passenger side window and part of the trim had some black sticky rubber on it. I used som paint thinner when I got home to remove the rubber gunk. Must have been overlooked when finishing the door repair.

I have little to no concerns about the physical repairs. Mostly found it challenging not knowing when my vehicle was going to be complete/what the timeline would be. With any updates only being given once I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle.

They did an excellent repair job but I worry that they have more work than they can handle which may make them unable to deliver in a timely way. I would recommend carstar but warn of possible delays

Very nice job on the repair! Great job on the detailing as well. The car hasn't looked this good in some time. Only issue was the long wait time to get the car into the shop and that's probably out of their control - too many crashes going on these days. But once in, they did a great job.
